Mosto Tequila is a majority Mexican owned tequila crafted with estate grown agave in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, NOM 1580. Founded by the Benavides Brothers, Jalisco natives with deep experience in hospitality and craft beverage, in partnership with The Veil Brewing Co., Mosto was created to bring small batch tequila of uncompromising quality to global markets.
Every bottle reflects the traditions of small town Jalisco where tequila is more than a spirit. It is community, celebration, music in the plaza, and long tables filled with family. For us, tequila carries both seriousness of craft and joy of gathering.
Produced using traditional methods without shortcuts, Mosto is pure agave, honest process, and bold character. It is a serious product meant for unforgettable moments.
At the heart of Mosto’s production is Master Distiller Óscar Vázquez Camarena, whose expertise spans over a decade of tequila distillation in the highlands of Jalisco. His deep knowledge of agave selection, oven roasting, fermentation, and distillation ensures that every batch of Mosto meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Under his guidance, each expression captures the true character of Los Altos de Jalisco.

The Mosto wordmark should always have adequate clear space and never be distorted, recolored outside approved palettes, or placed on busy backgrounds.
Our palette is built around the earthy warmth of agave country — grounded darks, organic greens, and an accent of Jalisco sunset coral.
Two typefaces define the Mosto voice — Sora for modern confidence, Playfair Display for editorial elegance.
